My Privacy Policy governs your use of my Services and explains how I (do not) collect, safeguard and disclose information that results from your use of my websites. Your agreement with me includes these Terms and my Privacy Policy, as per above (“Agreements”). By using my Services, you are agreeing to be bound by these Agreements. These Agreements apply to all visitors, users and others who wish to access or use my Services. If you do not agree with, or cannot comply with the Agreements, then you may not use my Services. My Services allow you to inform yourself about the services that I provide, professionally, in person. This information can take the form of text, pictures, graphics, or other material (“Content”). My Services also provide a mechanism for you to schedule a discovery call, where the scheduling mechanism is handled by a third-party provider (CALENDLY.COM, (“Scheduling Mechanism”), and the video call itself is handled either through a dedicated video conferencing application (SKYPE, FACETIME or ZOOM), or implemented through browser-based mechanisms (GOOGLE MEET, WHEREBY or ZOOM.US).
In the fulfilment of their respective Services, Scheduling Mechanism providers will forward to me the information you have submitted via the sign-up form on their Services. So I stand to learn your name, e-mail address and any other information that you submit with the express intent that I shall receive it.
From the hand-over point to a third-party Services provider onward, that provider's Agreements come into effect, binding you as they would if you were accessing their services through any other means.
The information provided through my Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, images and other material is for informational purposes only.
I am not, nor am I styling myself to be a medical doctor, nurse, or any other medical professional (“Medical Provider”), guru, psychiatrist, counselor, certified yoga instructor, registered dietician, licensed nutritionist, or member of the clergy. No material on this site is intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. I usually come into play only once you are done and fed up with therapy, but it bears repeating.
The results I quote in the testimonials section are typical for my clients who are committed to doing the work that I request of them; while for those who desire quick fixes or merely to dabble in a new modality, results would vary, if indeed I agreed to work with them:

Understanding the nature of the world-wide web and the humans that use it, I have to put this next sentence: You fully agree that there are no guarantees as to the specific outcome or results you can expect from using the information you receive on or through this Website.
Your use of my Services must comply with all applicable laws, including intellectual property laws, publicity laws, contract laws, export control laws and regulations. Content in the Services may be protected by others’ intellectual property rights. Please do not copy, download, or share content unless you have the right to do so.
You must be at least 18 years of age to avail yourself of my Services; also see Section 7, below.
By creating an appointment via the Scheduling Mechanism, submitting your e-mail address, or contacting me via e-mail directly, you agree to receive return communications in direct relation to your original inquiry, as well as possible follow-up communications. If at any point you were to wish for me to stop contacting you altogether, simply inform me of this fact through any of the channels mentioned.
And now we get to the bits mandated by "the world" in its current state.
You agree to not misuse myService or help anyone else do so. You may use my Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. For example, the following uses are strictly prohibited:
(a) In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
(b) For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm myself, my current, former or prospective clients, or any third party in any way.
(c) To impersonate or attempt to impersonate me, an employee of mine, any current, former or prospective client of mine, or any other person or entity.
(d) In any way that infringes upon the rights of others, or in any way is illegal, threatening, fraudulent, or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose or activity.
Additionally, you agree not to:
(a) Use my Service in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair my Service or interfere with any other party’s use of my Service, including their ability to engage in real time activities through Service. That's just mean and unnecessary.
(b) Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device, process, or means to access my Service for any purpose, including monitoring or copying any of the material on my Service.
(c) Use any manual process to monitor or copy any of the material on my Services or for any other unauthorized purpose without my prior written consent. No but seriously - just ask! I'm pretty friendly.
(d) Use any device, software, or routine that interferes with the proper working of my Service.
(e) Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of my Service, the server on whichmy Service is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to my Service.
(f) Attack my Service via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack. Which is a denial-of-service attack, so that distinction was a little gratuitous. Checking to see who's still paying attention 😉.
(g) Take any action that may damage or falsify my ratings. Not that anyone rates me; my clients do value their privacy, and I find word of mouth far more impactful.
(h) Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of my system or network
(i) Breach or otherwise circumvent any security or authentication measures.
(j) Otherwise attempt to interfere with or reverse engineering the proper working of my Service.
My Service is intended only for access and use by individuals at least eighteen (18) years old. By accessing or using any of this Service, you warrant and represent that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and with the full authority, right, and capacity to enter into this Agreement and abide by all of the terms and conditions of Terms. If you are not at least eighteen (18) years old, you are prohibited from both the access and usage of my Service. Come back later! Build a life in the meantime, if you can, that will see to it that you will not require my type of services. If you've done all of that and still feel like you would like to talk to someone who pays attention, then please try to broach that subject with your parent or legal guardian first; they can contact me. If, finally, the reason that things aren't working out for you is your parent or legal guardian, then please find out about the child protection services available to you in your area, city and state. Mental health has steadily become a topic with growing awareness surrounding it, and most qualified practitioners in the field would agree that prevention is better than cure; there will be some with the appropriate skillset close to where you are.

On the other hand, you may elect to simply discontinue using my Service.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of State of Delaware without regard to its conflict of law provisions. However, some countries have laws that require agreements to be governed by local laws of the user domicile. This paragraph does not override those laws.
I reserve the right to withdraw or amend my Service, and any service or material I provide via Service, at my sole discretion without notice. I will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of Service is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, I may restrict access to some parts of Service, or the entire Service, to users.
